This training course designed to comply with the Manual Handling Regulations 1992 for people in a care setting. The course is split into 2 parts, the first part is the theory while the second is totally practical and involves the use of hoists, slings, slide sheets and moving people correctly. This is a hands-on course and we recommend that unrestrictive, practical clothing is worn.
